ZERO WASTE HAZARD MARKERS

Small Traffic signs are installed using ZERO WASTE Foundations protecting the surrounding paving and concrete from damage when roadside items are impacted or need replacing.

“ Our selection is not based on price alone, we also took into consideration the safety and saving aspects. ZERO WASTE Unbreakable Foundations allow quick replacement of items with no further effort required to the base, (providing a significant cost benefit in replacing the damaged item by re-using the existing footing) and reducing risk of injury to employees by reducing time spent on traffic islands exposed to traffic.”

repetition

time to move from

to resilience

Impacts are inevitable, repeat repairs are not.

It is time to move from repetition to resilience. With hundreds of thousands of roadside items in our cities, our roads and pavements remain in a constant state of decline. It's time to move from repeatedly rebuilding pavements and start build long term success

ZERO WASTE FOUNDATIONS

Main Roads WA has been using ZERO WASTE Foundations for more than decade to improve resilience of the network and efficiency of replacements

The implementation of ZERO WASTE Foundations has seen a marked improvement in the cleanliness and safety of our roads in WA.

Shown here is a ZERO WASTE Foundation in asphalt that remains in pristine condition after more than a decade, following multiple impacts.
