Smart infrastructure is a world-first low cost solution utilizing the latest AI and resilient infrastructure technology to enhance the resilience of physical infrastructure and substantially improve the safety and efficiency of maintenace practices.

Getting notified of damage is not much use if it takes hours to replace damaged items- this solution enables fast efficient replacements keeping cities in a safe, good working condition at all times becomes simple, saves lives and saves millions.

Using the latest technologies prices are surprisingly low, making it simple to upgrade a city. Within 2-3 years around 80% of all work requires no disturbance, no digging or heavy labour and no costly maintenance. Transitioning to sustainability and ZERO WASTE is now simple!
How it works
STOP DAMAGE
Item Impacted
Using ZERO WASTE unbreakable Foundations posts and bollards become impact resistant. Posts become reusable following impact, and bollards can be reused even following severe impact, saving thousands over the life of a development
GET NOTIFIED
You are sent a signal
When badly impacted, a signal is relayed from a damaged item of infrastructure to a mobile phone/ data centre so the job can be actioned immediately.

REPLACE IN SECONDS
Items are quickly replaced
The item is replaced in seconds using an ergonomic removal tool and anew item (with a Smart self-locking Taper attached) is simply dropped into position, only removable using the tool provided.
With thousands of vulnerable roadside items around our cities it is imperative that when an item is damaged, it is replaced quickly, to avoid injury or disruption to traffic flow. Using current methods it can take weeks for an authority to be notified, and a damaged item to be replaced.

Using smart infrastructure with integrated impact sensors, the responsible authority is notified immediately when any damage occurs. The item can then be quickly replaced using ergonomic removal tools that enable replacements to be conducted quickly and efficiently (in less than 5 minutes) from a standing position without distrubance to the public or valuable foundations.
MAKING SMART CARS A REALITY
Previously an obstacle to the roll out of autonomous vehicles, was the problem of damaged or changed roadside infrastructure. Using low cost sensor technology, Smart cars can now be made aware signage and can be made aware, in real time of upcoming roadworks, missing and damaged road infrastructure

Autonomous cars use a broad set of sensors to “see” the environment around them, helping to detect objects such as pedestrians, other vehicles and road signs but they cannot recognise a missing STOP sign or traffic light and therefore will not stop at a potentially dangerous junction
IMPROVED EFFICIENCY
To keep our roads safe it is imperative that damaged vital road infrastructure such as Stop signs and Traffic lights are quickly replaced.
RFID tags combined with Smart Sustainable Foundations allow fast efficient replacements with little, to no, disturbance to traffic flow
IMPROVED SAFETY
It's not only autonomous vehicles that can fall prey to missing or damaged road infrastructure- this is a prblem for human drivers as well.
Fast efficient replacements are vital to keeping our roads in good working condition and reduing the risk of serious, possibly fatal injuries
SMART INFRASTRUCTURE
We’ve developed an app so that smart autonomous vehicles can make decisions based on real-time information and situational awareness.

ROADWORKS
Smart vehicles cannot recognise roadworks.

To improve safety RFID Tags are now available for roadworks - you simply log in when setting up roadworks and a notification is sent to Google Maps and you are automatically logged out when when you leave the site.
REAL-TIME INFORMATION
Smart vehicles cannot recognise damaged infrastructure.
To improve safety vital roadside infrastructure is fitted with low cost RFID tags that send a notification to Google maps and to the operations centre when an item is impacted
SAFER ROADWORKS
Smart vehicles cannot recognise roadworks so will not slow down.

When roadworkers are using Smart Urban RFID Tags the vehicles will automatically reduce speed to the required 30 kmph, greatly reducing the risk of workplace injury
