WE SWEAR TO PROTECT YOU 

Unlike "flexible" bollards that simply fold at the slightest sign of danger, we have a strong resistance core that prevents the bollard from deflecting beyond 20 degrees, protecting you and your assets

BUT YOU CAN'T PUSH US AROUND

Unlike spring loaded bollards we can't be deflected by hand, but when impacted by a vehicle we roll with the punches and like the true heroes we are, we slowly, elegantly self-recover, without any fuss!

WE CAN TAKE THE HARD KNOCKS

When severely impacted instead of hours of disturbance, all that rubble and money spent on new bollards and footings, you simply replace the resistance core (less than 5 minutes) and we're back on the job. No fuss!

Low Impact

Bollards remain rigid and appear to be everyday bollards (cannot be deflected by hand), but when impacted by a vehicle they absorb the impact force deflecting a maximum of 20 degrees and self-recovering, with no diminished capacity following hundreds of impacts.

Severe Impact

When severely impacted by a utility vehicle or truck, instead of the entire footing being damaged or dislodged, the foundations remain undamaged. The inner resistance core bends allowing the bollard to fold but not be dislodged- preventing any further forward movement of the vehicle

Fast efficient replacements

Following severe impact, the  bollard is easily removed (low cost resistance core replaced) and reinstated in around 5 mins. Expensive Foundations, Bollards and ZERO Impact Recovery Rings are all re-usable impact after impact, saving thousands over the life of a development

Replacing this cheap ten dollar pine bollard was costing the council $500- $1000 every time. The Impact Recovery System eradicates the cost of continually replacing the bollard and expensive footings for the next hundred years, saving thousands.

By far the majority of impacts in carparks are from slow moving vehicles. Allowing the bollard to absorb the impact force and deflect up to twenty degrees eradicates the majority of maintenance on carpark bollards. If badly impacted they are replaced in less than 5 minutes - no disturbance.

Shopfronts

An every day surface Mount bollard (and any lightweight bollard) will not prevent vehicle entry. For shopfronts we recommend surface Mount Impact Recovery to provide visual deterrent and Inground Impact Recovery to prevent vehicle entry

Disabled Bays

Unlike steel bollards, Advanced Polymer Bollards are far more durable and won't damage vehicles if impacted. They don't fade, dent or scratch like steel bollards and with no springs, bollards won't become "floppy" over time and cause litigation risks.

Dent resistant

Most plastic bollards / bollard covers are 1-3 mm thick, so dent and crack if impacted. ZERO bollards & covers are 7 mm thick (made from a material that will self-recover from impact) making them highly resistant to impact and denting - greatly improving resilience and lifespan

Replacements are simple!

1

Remove bollard

Remove security stud from bollard and you can simply slip the bollard casing off the Impact Recovery System. The resistance core is removed using tools provided and replaced with a new resistance core (readily available and low cost)

2

Reinstall same bollard

The resistance core is then dropped into the socket automatically locking in (or secured to base plate using a securing stud) , the bollard is simply slipped back on and the securing stud re-inserted.
