Low Impact
Bollards remain rigid and appear to be everyday bollards (cannot be deflected by hand), but when impacted by a vehicle they absorb the impact force deflecting a maximum of 20 degrees and self-recovering, with no diminished capacity following hundreds of impacts.

Severe Impact
When severely impacted by a utility vehicle or truck, instead of the entire footing being damaged or dislodged, the foundations remain undamaged. The inner resistance core bends allowing the bollard to fold but not be dislodged- preventing any further forward movement of the vehicle

Fast efficient replacements
Following severe impact, the bollard is easily removed (low cost resistance core replaced) and reinstated in around 5 mins. Expensive Foundations, Bollards and ZERO Impact Recovery Rings are all re-usable impact after impact, saving thousands over the life of a development

A lifetime of savings
Replacing this cheap ten dollar pine bollard was costing the council $500- $1000 every time. The Impact Recovery System eradicates the cost of continually replacing the bollard and expensive footings for the next hundred years, saving thousands.

Dent resistant
Most plastic bollards / bollard covers are 1-3 mm thick, so dent and crack if impacted. ZERO bollards & covers are 7 mm thick (made from a material that will self-recover from impact) making them highly resistant to impact and denting - greatly improving resilience and lifespan

Reinstall same bollard
The resistance core is then dropped into the socket automatically locking in (or secured to base plate using a securing stud) , the bollard is simply slipped back on and the securing stud re-inserted.
